My style of coaching deepens your awareness of your thoughts, your patterns of behavior, your values and your intentions by getting you into your body.


We will learn about and appreciate who you are right now by acknowledging and unpacking current patterns of behavior/how your body is responding to your thoughts/environment. We will then create a plan to align you with your most authentic self rather than who you've been conditioned to be.

*Sessions can be done in person, on zoom or over the phone.
