About the event

This workshop is held from 10am to 4pm, two consecutive Mondays (August 21st and 28th) at:

The Vancouver School of Healing Arts.

280-1125 Howe Street, Vancouver  BC.

Learn the key components of the Deep Flow Trilogy.

This 12 hour program covers fundamental points from the Deep Flow Foundation, In Motion and Restorative Bodywork programs

Foundation covers the basics of tensegrity or, understanding the integrity of tension in the fascial planes. The affects breathing has on the structure will also be looked at.

Restorative Bodywork reminds the body what it feels like to be at rest by supporting the nervous system’s capacity to truly unwind.

In Motion educates on the body’s ability to move with ease by releasing extraneous muscle tension and initiating movement from the core.

Bonus: $150 discount will be given when you sign up for a complete Deep Flow Foundation, In Motion or Restorative Bodywork Program Taught by Stacey.
