Every session is completely collaborative as the client develops mindfulness and body awareness as tools to achieve optimal physical and emotional health. It is my goal to give you everything you need to feel at ease in all of life's highs and lows, not just while on a massage table.
Manual therapy, postural therapy and breathing techniques are used to guide your body into deep release of chronic tension created by repetitive strain (work) physical trauma (injury)
or emotional trauma (life!).

Experienced Life Coach
Having received her Life Coach certification in 2010 through the Certified Coaches Alliance and her Bodywork certification in 2011 through the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, Stacey has combined her experience in these fields to bring awareness to the body-mind connection with a particular focus on the nervous system.
Stacey believes body awareness and mindfulness are key to balanced physical and emotional health and uses a wide variety of practices and concepts including manual therapy, breathwork, cognitive behavioral therapy and her keen empathy to support her clients individual development.
