MORE THAN MASSAGE

Are you ready to listen to your body?

Instead of tuning your body's experience out, you are encouraged and empowered to TUNE IN to your authentic experience.

Every session is completely collaborative as you are given tools to achieve optimal physical and emotional well being by enhancing your capacity for mindfulness and body awareness.

It is my goal to give you everything you need to feel at ease in all of life's highs and lows, not just while on a massage table.

Manual therapy, postural therapy and breathing techniques are used to guide your body into deep release of chronic tension created by repetitive strain (work) physical trauma (injury)

or emotional trauma (life!).

*not registered massage therapy

Body Awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques are used to deepen your understanding of who you have been conditioned to be and align your actions with who you authentically are.

WORKSHOPS

For manual therapists: skills to enhance not only hands on technique but also communication as means of guiding clients to check in to their bodies rather than check out on the table.

For the public: movement and communication skills to strengthen participants' relationships not only to themselves but also with others.
