LEARN TO LET GO

Physically and Emotionally.

From daily stress and chronic physical pain to unfounded beliefs and toxic habits, let it all go.

MORE THAN MASSAGE

Every session is completely collaborative as the client develops mindfulness and body awareness as tools to achieve optimal physical and emotional health. It is my goal to give you everything you need to feel at ease in all of life's highs and lows, not just while on a massage table.

Manual therapy, postural therapy and breathing techniques are used to guide your body into deep release of chronic tension created by repetitive strain (work) physical trauma (injury)

or emotional trauma (life!).

*not registered massage therapy

Life coaching is about understanding yourself by deepening your awareness of your thoughts, your patterns of behaviour, your values and your intentions.

Together we will learn about and appreciate who you are right now then create a plan to align you with your most authentic self rather than who you've been conditioned to be.
